Before and After

Our apartment is in the Guardian newspaper today.  The Jouranlist had a designer in to rearrange things. There is a before and after picture.  Which do you think is better?  I can tell you now that the front room is all the better for the redesign, but do Felix Clay's photographs  show this.  You can view it here.
